About the Role
Job Introduction
We are looking for a Ward Manager / Nurse Manager to join our team in Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital. This is a
full-time position working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
You will effectively lead a Community Hospital Nursing Team, taking responsibility for the management and professional
accountability of the Team and its individual staff members and be responsible for the overall management of the
inpatient wards ensuring the provision of holistic assessment, management, and evaluation of evidenced based nursing
