About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Ward Manager will be responsible to the General Manager for the provision of all Critical Care Services in Antrim
Hospital providing leadership and clinical expertise within this area. He/she will lead, develop and hold continuing
responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, evaluation of programmes of care and
the settings of standards of care. This will include the deployment and supervision and teaching of students and other
staff in order to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided making full use of available
