A exciting band 7 ward nurse manager opportunity for experienced registered nurse has arisen. The post is based on the

Broadgreen Hospital site. ward 7 is a 23 bedded reablement ward as part of the reablement hub.

The reablement hub provides rehabilitation and safe discharge planning along with medical care. preventing

deconditioning and promoting independence to patients.

We are seeking for someone who is experienced in a senior Leadership and Management role.

You will be expected to meet the trust core standards to ensure safe care for our service users, and their families.
