About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a ward manager post on Rosewood Ward at The Meadows. Rosewood is a 10 bedded ward for

females suffering from an organic illness. These patients often experience very challenging behavioural and

psychological symptoms of dementia.

This ward is predominantly for people over 65 years, however, does care for younger people diagnosed with a dementia.

The job will involve clinical leadership, compassional leadership alongside operational management.

• Management of the clinical team: ensuring that the team are working effectively both as individuals and as a team.
