The role as Mary Seacole Ward Manager with focus on Discharge Coordination will work as part of the leadership team on

Mary Seacole Unit, a Frailty and Rehab bedded unit within Epsom General hospital supporting with clinical tasks and

staff management. This role will focus on discharge planning for all patients on the ward alongside the

multidisciplinary team, completing assessments, communication with patients, families, carers etc to ensure seamless and

timely discharges with best possible patient experience.
