JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Manager on Ward 25 General Medicine at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Ward
25 has 20 general medicine beds and 18 escalation beds with a focus on rapid discharge within 3 days. This is a
demanding and rewarding role that requires commitment and a positive approach towards change, providing high quality
clinical care as well as demonstrating excellent leadership ability. The successful candidate must have a proven ability
in supervising, managing and controlling the activities of a Ward in an effective and efficient manner. You will be a
