About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Band 7, Ward Manager/Charge Nurse for Wiltshaw ward at the Royal

Marsden Hospital NHS Trust. The ward consists in 17 rooms, providing specialist facilities for the care of

haemato-oncology and medical patients. The post holder will work alongside with a vast team to support the full

development of the nursing staff in caring for patients with haematological malignancies as well as other oncological

malignancies.

Collaborative work between the candidate and the Matron for Private Care and other nursing leaders will enable the ward
