About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and innovative leader to join our team as a Ward Matron. The successful

candidate will take accountability for leading the nursing teams in 7W (Gastroenterology) and 8N

(Medical/Endocrinology).

This pivotal role focuses on delivering exceptional quality care, outstanding patient experience and involvement, and

operational excellence throughout the stroke pathway. If you are passionate about driving improvement and inspiring
