About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and innovative leader to join our team as Ward Matron. The successful

candidate will take accountability for leading the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) nursing team, Stroke Clinical nursing

specialists , and the thrombolysis nurse service based in A&E. This pivotal role focuses on delivering exceptional

quality care, outstanding patient experience and involvement, and operational excellence throughout the stroke pathway.
