About the Role
Please refer to detailed Job description document attached Deputises in the absence of the Ward Manager Works in
partnership with the Ward Manager to deliver unit objectives Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of
evidenced-based nursing care. Provides management and organisation of the clinical area. Participate in the education,
development and line management of other staff members. Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the
needs of patients and their families. Participate in improvement of services and the quality of care provision. To work
in partnership with the Ward Manager to achieve LQA and CQC essential standards, In collaboration with the Unit Manager
