About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly motivated Band 7 Ward Sister or Charge Nurse to join our
Oncology Wards at University College London Hospital. You should be a skilled Oncology nurse with a passion for
leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm in caring for patients and
creating an environment that facilitates the best patient and staff experience.
This post would include leading and managing the nursing team to provide the highest standard of care and maintaining a
culture of learning, development, improvement and teamworking.
