About the Role
As a Well-being Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs to navigate
their educational journey and promote their mental and emotional well-being. You will work closely with students,
teachers, and families to provide the support and encouragement necessary for students to succeed both academically and
personally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Offering one-on-one and group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them build emotional resilience
