Key Responsibilities include:

* Supporting residents with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and managing appointments
* Helping residents maintain their tenancy and understand their rights and responsibilities
* Providing emotional support and encouragement to build confidence and resilience
* Assisting in crisis situations and making on-the-spot decisions
