JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Wellbeing Lead to join our family of Care Homes. As a Wellbeing Lead at Caron Group, you will be
involved with the planning, organisation and implementation of meaningful activities for the residents who live in your
care home. You will be a caring and compassionate individual, with infectious enthusiasm and energy; providing
opportunities for all of our residents to participate in and enjoy the available activities programme. You will provide
support to the care staff to ensure that they know about and are engaged in the activities programme as well as helping
