About the Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be hands-on in creating an engaging nursery setting. You will guide and motivate your team, ensuring best practices while supporting their professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursery staff effectively.
• Plan and implement EYFS learning outcomes.
• Support staff in their professional development.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
• Engage with parents and the community.

Requirements

• Minimum one year’s experience in a Level 3 role.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Compensation

The salary for this position is £26,280 for 38 hours per week.

Location & Schedule

This role is based at RAFAKidz Nursery, RAF Wyton PE28 2EX, with a full-time schedule.
