About the Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum materials.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Year 1 in a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Salary ranges from Fringe MPS1 to UPS3, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
