About the Role
A Head Teacher of a lovely school in Cumbria is seeking a to appoint a Year Group Manager to act as a Deputy Designated
Safeguarding Officer and Child Protection caseload holder. This school is committed to creating outstanding, innovative
and inspiring learning environments for our schools and their communities. The Year Group Manager will work on
attendance with the Area Inclusion Officer (LA) and provide timely, effective and satisfactory responses to any concern
or query raised by parents/carers and staff. This varied role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the
outcomes of students though effective support and acting as a positive role model.
