An exciting opportunity to join the vibrant and creative life of a 26-year-old disabled parent, writer, and performance
poet in York. The client lives with her 2-year-old son and is looking for a second Personal Assistant (PA) to join her
support team. This position is funded through the Direct Payment scheme via York Adult Social Care.
The client lives with multiple disabilities, including physical impairments (she uses a powerchair), Autism, ADHD, and
complex mental health conditions (C-PTSD, clinical depression). Her life can be busy and full of events, and she needs a
