About the Role

Are you a Support Worker looking to help us make a difference to young lives?We are looking for a Youth Support Worker

to join our passionate and supportive team in Malvern on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for

providing guidance and support to achieve positive outcomes to young people aged 16-25-year-old including Care Leavers.

You will also provide a flexible, preventative and practical support service to promote independence and build

resilience alongside delivering the accredited life skills programme. Having regular contact with customers with a range

of emotional and challenging behaviours, you will be working on an individual and group basis to prevent homelessness,
