Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our customers team in Oxford. As a Youth

Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 11-18 who are experiencing vulnerabilities,

including risk of exploitation, involvement in crime or anti-social behaviour, family breakdown, missing episodes, or

challenges around emotional wellbeing. Your goal will be to build trusting relationships, reduce risk, and empower young
