About the Role

About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Youth Support Worker to join our in-school support team. In

this role, you will work directly with students to promote wellbeing, engagement, and positive educational outcomes. You

will provide one-to-one and small-group support, help students build resilience, and work collaboratively with teaching

staff, families, and external agencies. The school is two form entry and located within the City Centre of Bristol. As

well as ensuring pupils enjoy their school day, this school has a fantastic reputaiton for community involvement and
