JOB DESCRIPTION

THE EMPLOYER IS: YOUTH LINK NI The project will deliver three clear outcomes: Youth work, Good Relations, and

Citizenship. The role involves being actively engaged in the design, planning, and delivery of youth work programmes for

young people who are not in education, employment, or training. The post holder will work within the respective Partner

Organisation to ensure that the programme’s aims, objectives, and outcomes are successfully achieved. In addition, they

will work closely with the Senior Youth Worker in all aspects of the group programme and contribute to the strategic
