About the Role

We are looking to recruit a youth support worker to join our vibrant, welcoming and busy#Thrive team. This is a

full-time role working with children and families presenting with a range of mental health challenges, and the post

offers a breadth of opportunities for you to develop your skills in working with young people. There will be lots of

opportunities to work individually and within groups and both independently and alongside other key professionals within

the team. We offer a robust supervision structure and development opportunities in terms of psychological therapies

training within the trust and opportunities to access specialist training in line with your own and the team’s needs.
