Youth Support Worker Location: Swansea Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Salary: £14.30 per hour / £92.95 per day
About the Role Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to work within
Specialist Teaching Facilities (STF) across Primary School settings in Swansea. This role is ideal for someone who is
passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs (ALN) and making a meaningful difference in their
day-to-day school experience. You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions,
communication difficulties, and complex needs. Some pupils may be non-verbal and require alternative communication
