About the Role

Job Title: Night Support Worker Location: Belfast Hours: Day and Night Shifts (bank shifts) Job Summary: Our clients

Floating Support Service supports young people aged 16-25 in the community who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or

need help maintaining their tenancy. Floating Support Workers provide individualised support to around 15 young people,

helping them build the skills and confidence to maintain their own homes Key Responsibilities: Ensure all young people

are cared for by appropriate staff. Workers will meet the needs of the young people. Establish a positive relationship

with young people and to support them to create a safe home environment To identify Support Plans in partnership with
